Stop my subscription in February
No -compliant just want to end subscription with them. To many flakes fakes an Catfishing.
I rather try my luck somewhere else. Women don't live in there posted cities an then they want you to send money

My card was hacked and they paid for POF with my card and now theres no one that can help me but I can email and get a response that makes ZERO sense what kind of business is this. SAD

Cant log in my account
Keeps saying wrong password or email even the code you send to reset your pass word still does not work !

I am simply trying to rejoin, & I want to speak to a live person.I
I am not computer savvy. I tried calling the numbers for Customer Service, & followed directions as best as I could, to no avail.
Please have someone call me. 503/267-**** I am very disappointed with how difficult it is for me to rejoin.
I have no one to help me.

Resolved: Unfair business practices
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They have just left me along and allowed me to use the site without a bunch of interference. I am allowed to talk without to much oversite.
They have kept my money and never contacted me at all. They blocked my a count by using trick questions on me within the first 2 minutes of being on their site.
User's recommendation: No, theyvuse fake clients that pose to trick you into answering questions they have not even given you 3 minutes of being on their site to know.

Won’t resolve issue
I am a paying member of pof. They dont tell you what you can do and what you cant theres a part where people who pay can view men that have viewed you.
If you tap the wrong icon you are blocked from doing anything. In the past I was was helped. Now nothing! I payed for a site I cant use because they just dont want to bother.
I just so digested. Dont ever pay for pof!

Got my account removed
I made a account on Plenty of Fish and then this morning it said I had my account removed and I dont know what I did to get it removed but I will contact my lawyers and have Plenty of Fish sued for everything.

Inexplicably closed account 1 day open
Id just opened account. Said either was compromised or against community guidelines which was neither. Cant get money refunded
