I cancelled my subscription to POF a while ago and every three months they keep taking $67 out of my account

POF has agreed to refund monies on 1/23/24 for rendered services that went bad on their site. I'll look forward to seeing the reimbursement to my bank in a few days.

Message:Account already exists always appear/on this forum also. It never allow me to log in or anything I've deleted my account but obviously you didn't delete my account if it already exist. Then when entered my number it states problem try later

Y can't I use a different card on the app

It keeps saying pof denied it can yall tell me about purchasing more credits

I have been trying for 4 years to be able to log in to POF as well as its affiliated dating sites. I'm blocked because of there terms and conditions, I have read over there Terms and Conditions and don't see where I committed a violation.

I have asked them numerous time what I did and get no answer.

If I did something wrong I would own up to it I have the feeling an ex sabotage me. But cant get no answers I feel its very unfair.

So many scammers on the platform of POFbeware, both male and female scammers wanting money. I turn them all in to no avail.

Sure hoping that POF can come up with a way to solve this unfortunate situation.

I dont have account with POF and my card was charged 19.99 twice with in days. These changes were made on the 29th and 24th of January.
