Reset password don't get e mail

I tried to reset password and they were to send a new password to my email jameshenrycoyle@***.com and they never sent one to my email. Now I had to open a new email jameshenrycoyle@***.com and with that I open a new POF page yesterday.

Hacked account and fraud

Someone hacked my account, apparently they changed my password because I requested to change my password and I never received your email, so the email on the account has most likely been changed, today (Sunday) I was notified that my credit card was trying to be used on PoF...this matter needs to be dealt with NOW and the account needs to be deleted..

Unable to send messages

I started of being able to send messages then all of a sudden stopped. I deleted my other account and made a new one after my ex found my account and started harrasing me. He made a fake account. But now with my new one it's doing the same. I can't sent no more messages. I am getting frustrated with it.

Woke up to my account slammed without ANY notice or warning AFTER I had paid to upgrade. Got a canned email from Ryan saying that if they find anything wrong they'll be in touch saying I had violated a policy!!! Not sure where or how as they won't respond. Won't respond in regards to refunding my full pymt. Interesting how you pay and upgrade and same day your account is slammed by them with ZERO explanation or assistance. *** poor if you ask me. Calling BBB and consumer affairs to report them.DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING IN POF. GO TO A LEGITIMATE SITE THAT IS CUSTOMER ORIENTED!
