No one will answer my emails

POF - No one will answer my emails
I keep trying to create an account because I guess my old one has been deactivated. Everytime I finally get in. Pof closes it due to possible spam. Cant get any help til Monday. Best bet ill be on the phone Monday morning.

Why did you change the app it should be up to the person how mean people they text in a day and if they what to Subscribe or no you just change it because you Want people to pay money so they can text me people if should be up to you how mean people they text you are not the one looking for a date

Someone started an account with my info

I received a text from POF, someone used my number to sign up. I tried to contact them to have it removed however they have multiple numbers listed and none of them belong to POF. I WAS NOT ABLE TO ANY HELP AT ALL AND MY NUMBER IS STILL BEING USED ON SOMEONE'S ACCOUNT. I am REALLY not happy about this.

My account has been deleted and banned

I have an ex girlfriend who seen that I was on POF so she reported my profile saying I am an abuser and she got my account banned. Those are false accusations and Ive already had to call police on her for harassing me My last POF relationship lasted for 10 years. I am looking for a girlfriend and it upsets me that I cannot use POF. Please turn my profile back on so I can enjoys searching for a spouse Thankyou

I have to keep starting over!

I will get to being almost done, then a glitch or a mistouched key gets hit and i have to start over! I read that it sahs it keeps my progress, but i havent seen it yet! Please lut me back to where i was!

My account deleted cuz I thought it was free and it's not I can't even access my likes because I'm not a member so I want my account deleted and will not let me do it

They still havent responded to my complaint and its been several weeks. they deleted not only one profile for no reason but two in a matter of minutes!
