Pof are CRIMINAL LIARS

I would give them ZERO stars if that were an option! There are countless fake profiles on that site and even if your report them, the same fake profiles are continuously reposted.

The delinquent customer service reps are rude and have sense of the meaning of customer service. They falsely accuse you of violating their policy and refuse to state the reason. They hold your profile hostage and of particular concern is they have my photos without my consent as their policy states they don't keep anything you don't consent to, yet I've requested access to the site to simply remove my photos and they keep sending the same regurgitated msg about policy violation.

Further annoying is all of their msgs appear to be generic system generated responses so NO ONE there is doing their job, if anyone even exists as this is indicative of a bot/system response. These dating sites are criminal and should be shut down!

Site is not working good and is a waste of time . I couldnt change my phone number.

After getting a new phone I was not able to change my phone number. Customer service is a joke

Threatening message

PIF Administrator sent me a threatening message. Advising me that they had received a complaint about me.

And that next time if they receive a complaint about me I would banned.

They advised me that I was harassing that was being disrespectful towards color and race.
POF before threatening people I think they should investigate and monitor the profiles. POF ALLOWS FAKE PROFILES.
