Couldn't get hold of anyone. Poor or no service!

Too much automation. Can't talk to a real person.

Membership automatically renewing is poor business practice. Will not recommend POF to anyone.

I'm still awaiting a response - I didn't know this was the POff line - I merely wanted to tell them that I paid for a month and STILL NOT recieving pics of those that "liked" me - all cloudy.

Terrible. They are Judge, Jury and Executioner in one swoop. In addition to disregarding United States laws of due process and my direct directive to not cancel or erase my profile and information due to an ongoing federal fraud case. This has been ignored until the FBI FTC and DEA gets a noise around POF and now Tinders neck. They have overstepped the legal laws of the United States with arrogance and unprofessional conduct in their own right. Preparing a news article about the stonewall customers receive from management. I suggest this site hound these two sister companies for a coverup and destruction of evidence.
