Pof account deleted for no reason

So I've had a pof account for less than a month. It seemed to be working well for meeting new people and I had hope for finding a woman to settle down with.
I was never rude, never uploaded or sent any nude pictures. Whoever runs this site is like a dictator in their little computer chair, just deleting accounts at random for no reason. Someone else said something about how if one of the lady's finds a man and settles down then they won't pay for their upgraded accounts because they won't need it anymore. They "found their fish", no longer need pof.
Its starting to make sense now when i see that the only people I've ever heard about who's accounts have been deleted are guys. I was meeting new people and getting to know a girl that I would have been great with. I go to login today and see what she wrote back only to find out my account has been deleted. Now I'll never know.
Thanks pof for wasting my time and deleting my account.
If anyone ever asks me about pof, my advice would be don't waste your time only to be let down and deleted. The people running the site are stepping way over the line with trying to control everyone on there.

Not happy about membership not being activated

The same thing happened to me without explanation. I was a long time paying member and upstanding professional.
Same thing has happened to me I been blocked i have tried off and on for 4 years no one will tell me why or give me a reason other than ....We can't provide details of the violation but we suggest you go through our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. I cant seem to find out why, I don't understand why its so hard to give me a reason.
I often wonder if my ex did something to get me blocked. The site was wonderful years ago to find dates but i did notice a lot of scammers when I was able to use it.
Nothing like presumed guilty. I just find it frustrating.
Have tried to set up an account dozens of times to no avail.Either gets stuck or just repeats the same questions over and over.
POF has also deleted my account after taking my money and cannot get ahold of anyone to discuss
OK you will have to call your debit / credit card company and tell them the card is lost, they will issue a new one and Plenty Of Fish wont be able to charge you any longer. Never join any dating apps or websites owned by MATCHGROUP / IAC Corporartion, they own almost all of the dating apps and websites now.
If you read reviews about most of the dating apps and websites they all have problems with accounts being deleted for no reason at all and people being charged money for an account they can no longer access. Do yourself a favor and avoid dating apps and websites if you can.

OKCupid is owned by the same company that owns Plenty of Fish. That company is Matchgroup / IAC.
That company has bought up many dating websites and dating apps and then modified them all to be less user friendly and to maximize revenue through advertising dollars. The reason for the deleting of profiles is simple. They have no shortage of new people signing up and the people that do get deleted they produced advertisement revenue for a short time before getting deleted. It's all about the money, they have no interest in anyone finding a mate and then leaving the website voluntarily, If that happened then that person would not be on the app or website producing advertising dollars.
These websites ALL us bots and scams to get people to pay a subscription or to upgrade. The scam goes like this "Someone is interested in you" BUT you need to upgrade to see who it is or communicate with that person. So the person signs up for a subscription or upgrade and then magically that person that "Liked You" disappears. If you say something they delete your profile and keep charging your credit card for an account you cannot access.
Create your account too fast - deleted, copy and paste messages - deleted, another user reports you for whatever reason - deleted. Stay far far away from online dating and dating apps on your phone, it will only stress you out, make you depressed and steal your money.
